Privacy policyTrinkette will not sell, rent or pass on your information to anybody.
We will only contact you back for the purposes of an enquiry made by yourself.
Here at trinkette we will automatically opt you out of recieving further information. Once an enquiry has been dealt with we will not keep any information about you or your details.
If you would like further information on promotions, offers, new products etc we will be happy to do this. You will need to opt in by just saying I am happy to recieve further information in your email to

Return policyAt Trinkette we feel it is important to be happy with your purchase.
We would need the product to be unused and in its original packaging where possible. Please email
andrea@trinkette.co.uk for a return slip you will be also refunded your original postage.
We would ask you to return your purchase within 14 days -please email
andrea@trinkette.co.uk if for any reason this is difficult.You will be issued a full refund upon reciept of the item. See below for more information.

andrea@trinkette.co.uk Refund policyWe will be happy to issue a full refund for a purchase you are not happy with. You can opt to recieve a credit note if you wish or swop an item for a different size. We will also refund for the postage costs.
Once we have recieved the item and are satisified of the condition we will generally issue a full refund upon reciept though please be advised it can take up to 7 days.

We will where possible send goods on the day of payment though this can be dependant upon the time recieved.
We will always send the day after unless this is on Saturday and will be sent on a Monday.
We will send your purchase by first class and we will chase up any problems if your parcel goes missing.

Trinkette sells a range of products such as baby toys , gifts and babyclothes. Fashion items such as handbags, hats, scarves , watches, jewellery for both men and ladies. A range of gifts, homeware and artwork is also for sale.
Trinkette also stocks local products made by local designers and artists.
All products are of a good quality though please contact us in the event of any faults. We are passionate about getting it right so please do not be shy we would like to know if you are not happy for any reason.
